Mid-Columbia Macintosh User Group (McMUG) monthly meeting:McMUG is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing together Macintosh computer users for the purpose of exchanging information and providing education. All 1-mile entrants completing the course will receive finisher's ribbons; 5K contestants will compete for age group awards as well as male/female championship. Registration opens at 7:00 am, the event begins promptly at 7:30 am. Entry fees include a t-shirt and raffle ticket for prize drawings. Proceeds will go to the Bob Mars and Rick Rose Memorial Scholarship funds. Sponsored by Ki-Be Student Crimestoppers. Event includes vendors, food, kids activities, poker walk, and more, fun for the whole family. The Benton City Spring Opener is chartered as a benefit for Benton City youth.
